When the final whistle sounded, Kitchee had claimed a hard-fought 2:1 victory to lift this season's Jockey Club Women's Futsal League trophy. United Citizen secured the runners-up spot, while Jianlibao(HK) finished third.
Kitchee captain HO Yuet Ning admitted that conceding early momentarily disrupted the team's rhythm, but she remained confident they could recover: "Conceding so early threw off our rhythm, but we started finding our feet again around the middle of the first half. As we got into our groove, we were actually quite confident we could win it back. That's what makes football so fascinating—every ball, every minute, every second matters." HO Yuet Ning believed the key to victory lay in the team's unwavering faith in their tactical approach: "Our style isn't very physical; it's mainly based on movement and interplay between teammates. You have to be patient and trust your teammates. As long as we play our game, we've always believed the goals will come."
