On Tuesday (December 9th), Kitchee snatched a dramatic late winner through Li Rachel Sun Wai to edge past HKFC 3:2 in a thrilling Jockey Club Women's Youth Football League (U18) encounter at Tsing Yi Northeast Park, claiming all three points.

The opening exchanges saw both sides adopt a cautious approach with few clear-cut chances. Once Kitchee settled into their rhythm, they began to dictate proceedings. In the 23rd minute, Fung Ting Yin threaded a through ball to Tsang Tsz Ching, whose effort from a narrow angle was comfortably gathered by the keeper. Four minutes later, the deadlock was broken. Lee Hong To burst into the box from the left flank and saw her strike cannon off an opponent's arm.
