2025/26 BOC Life Hong Kong Premier League will kick off in late August, ten teams will participate this season, the league divided into two phases. The first phase will consist of a double round-robin home-and-away format, all points, goals scored and conceded records will carry over to the second phase, the top five teams from the first phase will enter the Championship Group, while the bottom five will enter the Challenging Group, each playing a single round-robin format. The Championship Group rankings will determine the 1st to 5th places, while the Challenging Group rankings will determine the 6th to 10th places in the league.
The opening match will take place at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29, with Eastern facing Kitchee at Mong Kok Stadium.
On Saturday, August 30, at 4:00 p.m., Kwoon Chung Southern will face BC Rangers at Aberdeen Sports Ground; later at 6:30 p.m., Lee Man will face Tai Po at Mong Kok Stadium.
On Sunday, August 31, at 4:00 p.m., Kowloon City will meet Eastern District at Sham Shui Po Sports Ground, while North District will face HKFC at North District Sports Ground.
