Eastern's momentum proved unstoppable as Leung Kwun Chung turned from provider to scorer, curling a sublime free-kick into the top corner to complete the turnaround.
Crownity North District's hopes of a comeback were dealt a severe blow in the 73rd minute when Wong Ching In Samuel received his marching orders after picking up a second booking.
Eastern capitalized on their numerical advantage deep into stoppage time, as Lam Hin Ting's explosive run down the left wing and intelligent cutback found Baffoe Noah, who calmly slotted home his second of the match to seal an emphatic 3:1 triumph for Eastern.
