The pendulum then swung to Hong Kong Football Club who launched an offensive. Gustao Henrique connected with a pass from Khan Jahangir within the penalty area and fired a shot, but it was narrowly saved by the vigilant goalkeeper.

In the 55th minute, Lee Man was presented with a golden chance. Wong Wai swung in a corner from the left, and Tsui Wang Kit, capitalizing on a poor clearance from the defender, headed towards the goal. However, his attempt was thwarted by a spectacular save from the goalkeeper. Martins Givanilton's rebound shot agonizingly hit the crossbar and bounced out.

As the final whistle approached, Lee Man put the game to bed with another goal. Everton Camargo delivered a cross from the right into the box, finding the unmarked Henri Anier who coolly slotted home, notching up his brace for the match.
