This circular is to draw all club members to the attention that The Football Association of Hong Kong, China Limited (HKFA) hereby notifies that completion of the annual membership registration process and settlement of the annual fee payment (HKD 1,000) within the specified deadline is mandatory (*the payment deadline is depends on the payment method of the members).
This circular is to draw all club members to the attention that The Football Association of Hong Kong, China Limited (HKFA) hereby notifies that completion of the annual membership registration process and settlement of the annual fee payment (HKD 1,000) within the specified deadline is mandatory (*the payment deadline is depends on the payment method of the members).
Pursuant to Rules 3 (3) and 3 (7), the HKFA hereby inform all member clubs that if they fail to submit the requisite documents and payment within the designated timeframe, their membership in the Association will be revoked with immediate effect upon the expiry of the deadline.
Also, according to Rule 3 (4), “Any Club which has ceased to be a Member of the Association may with the approval of the Board, be re-admitted as a Member of the Association. Such re-admitted Club shall pay to the Association the entrance fee as it were a newly affiliated Club.” May I hereto reiterate that the rules will be strictly enforced as per resolution of the Board.
This year, as usual, annual membership registration has been converted to online processing. Member clubs are required to fill out the membership renewal form and submit it to the secretariat along with four copies of Form A while have to be uploaded by each member to the (Football Connect System.) Please refer to the attached membership renewal note and membership renewal checklist and reminder on the following pages with caution, as the submission deadline may differ.
