2025-26 Jockey Club Futsal Cup (Higher Education Division) is organised by The Football Association of Hong Kong, China (HKFA), with The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust as the major partner and subvented by The Leisure and Cultural Services Department. The competition aims to provide more playing opportunities for institutions in order to develop the local futsal level.

To continue to promote the development of futsal in Higher Education Institutions, this year's competition will have two categories for each Institution to participate in, including the Men's Under-25 Age Division and the Women's Under-25 Age Division. The competition will be divided into two stages: the first stage is the Group Stage, and the second stage is the Knockout Stage.

The enrollment will be opened to the public, and each institution may only send one team to participate in each age group. The quota for the Men's Under-25 Age Division is 12, and the quota for the Women's Under-25 Age Division is 10.

Interested institutions may submit their application through the online registration system. The details are as follows:

Open Enrollment Period: from 21st April 2026 (3:00 p.m.) to 29th April 2026 (3:00 p.m.)

- The enrollment will be opened to Higher Education Institutions in Hong Kong.
