The champions-elect dominated proceedings from the opening whistle, with Fung Yik Ki Ricky unleashing a venomous free-kick that whistled past the upright in the second minute. The woodwork came to Beauty Pool Football Union's rescue moments later as Wong Tsz Hung's thunderous effort crashed against the crossbar. The relentless pressure continued when Ralph Ambrad Cuenca's blistering shot forced Beauty Pool Football Union's shot-stopper Tam King To into a magnificent save, before the resulting corner was expertly dealt with by the defense.

The first half witnessed a masterclass in goalkeeping from LC31, who produced a string of spectacular saves to deny the quartet of Ralph Ambrad Cuenca, Fung Yik Ki Ricky, Wong Hung Chi, and Yeung Chi Lun, keeping his side in the contest.

A golden opportunity went begging when Ng Tsun Ting's effort cannoned off the crossbar after a precise through ball from Tang Kwan Yeung.

The deadlock was finally broken in the 17th minute through a moment of brilliance - defender Yeung Chi Lun orchestrated a flowing move from the back, threading a defense-splitting pass to Ralph Ambrad Cuenca, who expertly found Choi Chi Chung for a clinical finish. Despite Choi Chi Chung's numerous of chances thereafter, Kuitan had to settle for a slender 1:0 advantage at the interval.

The floodgates opened after the restart as Kuitan launched a devastating counter-attack, with Ralph Ambrad Cuenca's precise distribution finding Chu Wing Chung, who made no mistake to double the advantage. Beauty Pool Football Union showed signs of life with Tang Kwan Yeung forcing Kuitan's custodian Mei Mei Alex Wing Liang into a crucial save, while defender Chu Wing Chung produced a vital block to thwart Ng Tsun Ting's goal-bound effort.

The woodwork again played its part in the 26th minute drama, as Ng Kwan Wai's first-time strike rattled the frame before his follow-up effort sailed agonizingly wide of the target.

The tie was effectively sealed in the 27th minute when Chu Wing Chung's visionary pass found Yu Tsz Kit, who exhibited composure personified to slot home from the right flank, extending the lead to three.

After a period of tactical warfare, misfortune struck Beauty Pool Football Union in the 38th minute when Ho Hoi Him's clearance unfortunately found his own net. The rout was completed moments later as Fung Yik Ki Ricky capitalized on a goalmouth scramble, rifling home an unstoppable drive from central position. The final whistle confirmed Kuitan's emphatic 5:0 triumph and their coronation as Jockey Club Futsal League (Division 1) champions.
