In a thrilling encounter,BC Rangers emerged victorious over Kitchee in the JC Sapling Cup Group B match, with a scoreline of 3:2. The game was filled with goal-scoring action, culminating in a late strike from Kanda Yumemi that secured the win for BC Rangers.

BC Rangers had chances to find the back of the net in the early stage of the game.Kanda Yumemi showcased his skills, delivering a change-side long pass to Ibrahim, who passed back to Lo Kwan Yee with a lovely first-time touch.Lo Kwan Yee pulled the trigger inside the box but was parried away by the goalkeeper.Lau Chi Lok was the first to the loose ball but he couldn’t generate enough power for his rebound shot and was easily gathered by the goalkeeper.Despite these missed chances, it was BC Rangers who broke the deadlock as Loong Tsz Hin received a pass from Honda Yume and delivered a precise cross from the left, which Lau Chi Lok converted with a well-timed shot, giving BC Rangers a 1:0 lead. However, Kitchee fought back and found an equalizer just before the halftime whistle. Mikael rose above the defenders to head home Cheng Chin Lung's corner kick, leveling the score at 1:1.

The second half began with a chance for Kitchee to take the lead, but Mikael's powerful strike from a tight angle was brilliantly saved by the goalkeeper.BC Rangers's goalkeeper, Chan Kun Sun, had a moment of uncertainty in the penalty area,but he quickly recovered and denied Jantscher Jakob from capitalizing on the mistake.
