Eastern U16 got off to a flying start in the game, Go Ming Ho delivered a great cross form the right wing and picked out teammate Siu Ching.The latter took down the ball nicely and blasted the ball home. Eastern U16 was up 1:0.
Eastern U16 kept putting pressure on BC Rangers U16's defence and added another goal on the 23rd minute, Hui Siu Chung who had an impressive performance in this game scored a screamer just in front of the box.
BC Rangers turned the tables in the second half and dominated the game. On the 55th minute, Yiu Tsz Leong tried his luck from long range, forcing out a superb save from Eastern U16 goalkeeper. It was Yiu Tsz Leong again on the 66th minute, he fired a power shoot towards the right corner, only to be denied by the goalkeeper, his teammate Yeung Ho Yin tried to rebound the ball in but it was blocked by Eastern U16 defender on the goal-line.
BC Rangers U16 finally pull one back on the 75 minute, Eastern U16 failed to clear the ball in the penalty area and Kan Hau Yin was first to the loose ball and knocked it home. BC Rangers U16 tied the game just three minutes later, Kan Hau Yin scored by an amazing lob-shot outside the box and the score was now squared at 2:2.
Just when it looked like the game was would settle in a draw, Eastern U16 scored a late in stoppage time, BC Rangers U16 defender miskicked the ball and gave Lui Tsz Kiu Jeremy a one-on-one chance against goalkeeper, the Eastern U16 forward buried it home calmly and his goal proved to be the match-winner, as Eastern U16 finally beat BC Rangers U16 by 3:2 and claimed all three points.
