The Hong Kong Premier Youth League (U16) FA Cup final was held at Tai Po Sports Ground,On Sunday, June 23 Lee Man was defeated by Hong Kong Football Club (HKFC) 2-0, and HKFC claimed the championship.

In the early stages of the match, neither team had many threatening shots on goal. Lee Man also tried to press HKFC when they had goal kicks. 20th minute, a long-range shot from Hui Siu Chung missed the target, and later their attacks continued, but Cheng Yui him Zakary's shot from the middle of the pitch also failed to find the back of the net. In the end, HKFC defeated Lee Man 2-0 to become the champions of the Hong Kong Premier Youth League (U16) FA Cup.
