Kui Tan hit the ground running after the opening whistle, with Cuenca Ralph Ambrad exploiting an unsuccessful clearance by the opponent and delivering a powerful strike into the net within the first minute. This early goal put Kui Tan in the lead with a 1:0 scoreline.

However, Kwong Wah swiftly turned the tide, leveling the scoreline at 1:1 within 3 minutes. See Toh Cheung orchestrated a precise pass to the goalmouth from the right flank, which was then converted by Choi Tsz Yin.

Building on this momentum, Kwong Wah added another goal to their tally four minutes later. Chui Wai Lok connected with a cross from the right, sealing the goal with a skilled header and pushing Kwong Wah ahead with a 2:1 lead.

With a surge of confidence, Kwong Wah extended their lead to 3:1, ten minutes into the game. Wong Yik Chun Nixon intercepted the ball from the opposition on the right wing and hammered a powerful shot into the net.

However, Kui Tan was not going down without a fight. They initiated a spirited comeback and managed to claw back a goal in the 14th minute. Choi Chi Chung broke free from the midfield, launched a powerful right-footed shot that soared into the top corner, narrowing the scoreline to 2:3.

In response, Kwong Wah's Choi Tsz Yin capitalized on a pass from the right, knocking the ball into the far post and extending Kwong Wah's lead to 4:2.

Yet, Kui Tan remained undeterred. They rallied to score two goals before the halftime whistle, equalizing the score at 4:4. Cuenca Ralph Ambrad cleverly navigated past the goalkeeper and slotted the ball into the empty net, followed by a second goal from an unmarked position within the penalty area, completing his hat-trick.

The second half saw relentless attacks from both teams. In the 22nd minute, Choi Chi Chung had an one-one-one chance against the goalkeeper and he coolly netted a goal, pushing Jui Tan into a 5:4 lead.

By the 27th minute, Choi Chi Chung had a brace to his name, skillfully shook off his marker on the left and firing a powerful shot into the net, extending Kui Tan's lead further to 6:4.

Kwong Wah tried to mount a comeback and created several scoring opportunities. In the 34th minute, Choi Tsz Yin 's attempt from the right was thwarted by the goalkeeper. Three minutes later, Chui Wai Lok’s close-range effort following a cross from Choi Tsz Yin missed the target.

Finally, in the 37th minute, Kwong Wah found the back of the net. Choi Tsz Yin expertly handled a corner kick from the left, firing a long-range shot into the net, closing the gap to 6:5.

Yet, before the final whistle, Kui Tan's Chong Kai Lun added another goal to their score, receiving a back pass from Cuenca Ralph Ambrad and executing a powerful shot.

In the end, Kui Tan triumphed over Kwong Wah with a 7:5 victory, securing all three points and becoming the champions of this season's Jockey Club Futsal League - Division 2.
