| The following documents must be submitted with the application: |

| 1) 2022-23 Registration Form (Download) |
|
| 2) Letter of acceptance of the application for Sexual Conviction Record Check by the Hong Kong Police. With applicant’s name and the checking code. (If necessary, please fill the form ( https://forms.gle/3a164zpQ548tzDkGA) to obtain documentary proof of employer) |

According to the ‘AFC Coaching Convention’, if coaches did not register in HKFA for two consecutive seasons, HKFA will not recognize the relevant qualifications. Coaches must finish the same level of refresher course in order to register again.
If coaches did not register in HKFA for more than four consecutive seasons, they must take the same level coaching course again and pass the course in order to register again.
