| AFC Level 1 Futsal Coaching Certificate Course [3] |
The Association will organize the AFC Level 1 Futsal Coaching Certificate Course [2] from 29th July 3th August 2013. All registered coaches (Youth Football Leader [Level 1] Certificate or above) are cordially invited to apply for participation in this course. Application priority would be given to Hong Kong Futsal Representative Team (Men/Women). Other applicants will enrol according totheir coaching license's level.Please refer to the Selection Criteria for details.
**In order to promote womens futsal development, 10 quotas will be reserved for women coaches. After enrolment of women applicants, remainder quotas will be given to male applicants** |

| Coach Seminar 2 - Injury Prevention and Management for Coaches |
| Over 70 registered coaches attended the seminar of Injury Prevention and Management for Coaches hosted by Coach Education Division on last Friday. We are honoured to have The Chinese University of Hong Kong Sport Medicine Team to be our speaker of the seminar. The first part of the seminar discussed common injury of football players and the philosophy of the FIFA 11+ injury prevention programme. The second part of the seminar analysed the relationship between player conditioning, training load and injury. The final part was an interactive discussion on concepts of sports medicine and practical sessions on hamstring testes, ankle taping and injury rehabilitation. The coaches were able to gain the most updated knowledge of sports medicine and the players of them would definitely benefit from it. |

| HKFA "D" Coaching Certificate Course [36] |
| The HKFA "D" Coaching Certificate Course [36] will be held from 10thAugust - 21st September. The venues are Olympic House andMorse Park (No.3) Artificial Turf. Course content includes: grassroots and youth development, the role of Hong Kong youth coaches, the Laws of the Game and technical development. After completion of the course, participants will be able to organize football training for youths under 15 years old and assist in club administrative work for youth and grassroots training. The HKFA Coach Education Division will select 40 candidates. (Please refer to Selection Criteria) The results of the selection will beavailable by mid-July 2013. |

| AFC'C'Coaching Certificate Course [26] Acceptance List |
| The AFC 'C' Coaching Certificate Course [26] will be held from 1/7 - 13/7. 24 participants will taking this intensive course full time. The instructors of this courseare Mr. Chui Chun Ming and Mr. Chan Hiu Ming. |

| The AFC Level 1 Goalkeeping Coaching Certificate Course [2] will be held from 27/6 - 2/7. 22 participants will be accommodated in the YWCA Kowloon Centre and taking the course full time. |
